Work-for-Hire & Ownership
You Own Everything.
All creative work produced by eMMe is created under a work-for-hire arrangement. Upon full payment:
You own all rights to your cinematic tribute film
You hold the copyright
You may distribute, reproduce, or modify the film without restriction
We retain no licensing rights or residual claims
We may request permission to use anonymized excerpts for marketing purposes, but this is entirely optional and requires your explicit written consent.
Payment Terms
Premiere Package: $7,500 (includes all services listed on our Pricing page)
Payment Structure:
50% deposit due upon contract signing
50% balance due 14 days before premiere date
Refund Policy:
Deposits are non-refundable once production begins
If we cancel or cannot deliver, you receive a full refund
If you cancel after production starts, refunds are prorated based on work completed
Community Ticketing:
Guest contributions are processed via Stripe Connect
Funds flow directly to you minus platform fee (10-15%, disclosed at transaction)
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on funds received
Content Guidelines
You agree that content submitted through Capture™:
Is truthful to the best of your knowledge
Does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Does not contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal content
Does not violate privacy rights of living individuals without their consent
We reserve the right to refuse service if content violates these guidelines.
Production Timeline
Standard production timeline: 4-6 weeks from final Capture™ submission to premiere date.
Delays may occur due to:
Incomplete or late content submissions
Theater availability
Force majeure events
We will communicate any delays promptly and work with you to reschedule.
Theater Venue
Theater rental is coordinated by eMMe with our partner venues. You agree to:
Adhere to venue rules and capacity limits
Respect venue property
Assume liability for guest behavior during your premiere
We are not liable for venue cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, emergencies, venue closure).
Limitation of Liability
eMMe and MissUmuch.com LLC are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or data
Third-party service failures (Stripe, theaters, internet providers)
Errors in content you provide
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services.
Warranties Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is." We strive for excellence but cannot guarantee:
Uninterrupted service availability
Error-free software performance

Indemnification
